My name is Danielle and I’m a Registered Marriage & Family Therapy intern with a specialization in sex therapy. My approach is person-centered, meaning that while I’m an expert on therapy-related topics, I realize that each patient is an expert on themselves. My role in the therapeutic process is to help guide the patient through the healing process while allowing them the autonomy to decide what that process looks like. While I consider myself to be an eclectic therapist, my favorite modalities are CBT & narrative therapy while also remaining trauma- and PLISSIT-informed. Can’t wait to work with you!
