About Daniella Elzie

I am a very positive and outgoing person who looks for strengths and supportive factors in all my clients. I have experience with children/adolescents and adults with various mental and behavioral health issues, and I have first-hand experience with, and familial ties to, the military. I heavily relate my treatment approach to Carl Roger’s warmth and unconditional positive regard with strength-based techniques. I also specialize in CBT and DBT therapeutic approaches given my patient’s needs and problems. I meet my client where they are at.
