About Daniela Saenz
Daniela Saenz is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) specializing in evidence-based treatment for anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Daniela integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic-based approaches to help clients build psychological flexibility, deepen self-awareness, and create sustainable change.
She believes therapy should feel grounding, collaborative, and empowering. Her style is warm, structured, and trauma-informed—balancing emotional safety with practical tools clients can apply in their daily lives. Daniela incorporates somatic awareness, breathwork, and body-based regulation techniques to help clients reconnect with their nervous system and cultivate resilience from the inside out. She works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, relational stress, identity development, grief, and perfectionism.
Daniela holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Psychology and currently provides individual therapy under clinical supervision while continuing to expand her work in mind-body healing, psychoeducation, and integrative practices. She is committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, supported, and capable of building a healthier relationship with themselves and the world around them.
