Vice President of Strategy and Network Development
Cynthia brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare operations to her role as Vice President of Strategy and Network Development at Elite DNA Behavioral Health, where she leads a cross-functional team of clinical recruiters, clinicians, and peer navigators working to strengthen the organization’s network and expand its reach across Florida and Virginia. Her leadership has played a key role in the organization’s strategic growth, helping to build strong partnerships with providers, facilities, and payor networks. Cynthia’s focus is on advancing innovative care models that improve access, support integrated care, and deliver measurable outcomes for patients and communities.
Cynthia’s passion for behavioral health has guided her efforts throughout her career. At Elite DNA, she continues to champion collaborative approaches to care and develop strategic relationships that reduce stigma around mental health services. She works closely with payor partners to support value-driven models that prioritize positive patient outcomes and long-term wellness.
Prior to joining Elite DNA, Cynthia served as Vice President for one of the largest health plans. Her role expanded to several states, overseeing the entire behavioral health network. Cynthia partners with facilities and providers to challenge the stigma around insurance payors, proving her belief that collaboration leads to better outcomes.
