Vice President of Strategy and Network Development
Cynthia brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare operations to her role as Vice President of Strategic Growth and Network Development at Elite DNA Behavioral Health. A long-time resident of St. Augustine, Florida, she has dedicated her career to expanding access to high-quality care and driving innovation in healthcare systems across the state.
At Elite DNA, Cynthia leads a cross-functional team of healthcare recruiters, clinicians, and peer navigators, working to strengthen the organization’s network and expand its reach across Florida and beyond. Her leadership has played a key role in the organization’s strategic growth initiatives, helping to build strong partnerships with providers, facilities, and payor networks. Her focus is on advancing innovative care models that improve access, support integrated care, and deliver measurable outcomes for patients and communities.
Cynthia’s passion for behavioral health has guided her efforts throughout her career. At Elite DNA, she continues to champion collaborative approaches to care and develop strategic relationships that reduce stigma around mental health services. She works closely with payor partners to support value-driven models that prioritize member outcomes and long-term wellness.
Prior to joining Elite DNA, Cynthia served as CEO and owner of a large physical therapy practice with multiple locations across Florida and has since supported numerous healthcare professionals in launching and scaling their practices. Her deep operational knowledge, combined with her commitment to improving behavioral healthcare systems, positions her as a key leader in Elite DNA’s mission to make compassionate, affordable, and innovative mental health services accessible to all.
