About Crystal Raullerson

I currently am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. I have had the pleasure of providing mental health services to individuals, families and couples in my local community for over seven years. I also have had the opportunity to work with individuals in a variety of settings and mental health diagnosis. I am passionate about serving children and adolescents as I am proactive with working with this population as I firmly believe in healing trauma sets these individuals up for a happy and productive future. I incorporate a variety of evidence based theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy to increase emotional regulation skills, Play therapy, Acceptance Therapy, Social Skills Training and Family Symptoms Therapy. I strive to decrease the mental health stigma and provide affordable mental health services to those most in need.
