My passion is to provide a safe and welcoming therapeutic setting and be a supportive figure in a patient’s journey. My therapeutic approach differs depending on the patients needs and goals to that they wish to accomplish. I take on a more client-centered approach however, utilize techniques such as CBT, mindfulness based counseling, and SFBT. My goal is to empower individuals to reach their full potential.
