About Cindy Stellon
Now more than ever, it is necessary to focus on our emotional health and well-being. Beginning therapy can be a scary experience, but any experience that takes us out of our comfort zone, is usually worth it in the end.
I strive to create a supportive, judgement-free environment that focuses on you and your individual needs. By becoming aware of our own negative, self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, we can work to change them into more positive strength-building ones and get back to living the life we deserve. My goal is to get you back to being able to face the day.
I invite you to take the first step to putting yourself first. By doing so, you will find improvement not only in your emotional and physical health, but also with your personal relationships as well. Change is possible!
