As a marriage and family therapist I identify with the systems that are present in our lives and contribute to who we are and the expectations we may feel are upon us. I engage with cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. My goal to to create an environment that is affirming and safe for each patient who I get the honor to interact with.
