About Chenxi Sun

I am a Associate Therapist who graduated from North Park University with a Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree. Having lived in different countries for more than ten years, I enjoy working with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. My ability to relate to individuals from different backgrounds and beliefs comes from the real-life opportunities provided by my experience around the world.
I emphasize collaboration between the client and himself and believe this is the pathway to the greatest potential for growth. I aim to contribute to clients’ personal growth by providing a safe space engulfed in empathy while utilizing effective and meaningful interventions that promote self-awareness, such as CBT/REBT and existential therapy.
I embrace every person’s ability to improve their mental health and, thereby, the quality of their lives. I look forward to partnering with you to help you reach your goals.
