I have over three years of experience working in the mental health field prior to becoming a therapist. Helping others has always been my passion, and I am deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth. My background includes inpatient experience, where I witnessed firsthand the resilience and transformation of those I served.

In my practice, I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
