About Catherine Young

My passion is primarily providing patients with evidenced-based care using a person-centered approach while also integrating techniques and interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Social Emotional Learning. I hope to assist my patients in processing and building resiliency to life stressors while increasing their self-confidence. I aim to meet my patients where they are and move them to where they want to be.
