About Caroline Stanton
Caroline Stanton earned both her Master’s and Specialist’s degrees at Florida State University in 2025, following the completion of her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in 2023. She is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida and is currently pursuing full counselor licensure under supervision. Caroline is dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, fostering personal growth and long-term well-being. She works with clients of all ages, with a particular passion for supporting children and teens as they navigate life’s challenges. Her clinical experience includes treating individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, intellectual disabilities, LGBTQ+ issues, identity challenges, self-esteem concerns, and relational difficulties. She employs an individualized approach to treatment, incorporating elements of CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, and multicultural frameworks.
