About Carol Lynn Moore
The most important relationship you will ever have is the one with yourself. How can you truly be happy and content if you have poor self worth and negative self feelings? How can you have honest and loving relationships if you are unhappy with yourself?
In therapy, I work with you to increase your ability to create positive feelings and gain the skills of self-awareness. This often will lead to healthier relationships and more balance in your life.
Working with me you can gain mindfulness/self-awareness, increased self-esteem and increased intimacy for yourself and within your relationships. This allows more open communication with partners, family, friends and co workers, and allows a healthier quality of life for yourself.
This begins with you and the work you will do with me as your guide! We will work together toward your personal transformation, and in the process, you will learn about yourself and how your feelings and thoughts affect your actions and how the world sees you.
This journey begins by sharing your overall history of your problem and the remedies that you have tried to resolve your issue(s). Then we will shift your perspective around your issue(s), and change your thoughts and your life to you what you desire.
