About Brooke Raider

As a former school counselor and teacher, I see each patient as a unique individual, and believe in strength-based counseling. I take an empathetic, person-centered approach, helping the patient focus on wellness and coping skills to make the changes they are seeking in their life. I incorporate psychoeducation and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) among other evidence-based approaches, to meet the patient’s needs and goals.
