About Brittany Ulrich
My name is Brittany, and I am an RCSWI. I was born and raised in the state of Pennsylvania, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University. I then went on to complete my master’s in Social Work at Chamberlain University. From a young age, I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others, and I’ve always been drawn to supporting individuals through life’s challenges.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent five years working in child welfare, where I developed a strong foundation in supporting children, teens, and families through some of the most difficult times in their lives. I also hold certifications in Trauma-Informed Care and Child Advocacy, which continue to shape my therapeutic style today.
In my practice, I enjoy working with individuals of all ages—from children and teens to adults and families. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients reframe unhelpful thought patterns and build healthier coping strategies. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being their authentic selves.
Outside the therapy room, I love spending time with my family, going to the beach, and hanging out with my dog, Mac, who is truly a big baby at heart. I’m also a proud Philadelphia Eagles fan! Watching the games, celebrating the wins, and learning from the losses reminds me of the power of perseverance and resilience—lessons I carry into my work with clients every day.
Helping others has always been my passion, and I feel truly honored to walk alongside my clients in their healing journeys.
