Vice President of Learning
Brianne Lopez-Romano leads Elite DNA University’s clinical learning and development with a focus on curriculum design, content development, training facilitation, and talent cultivation. A visionary leader and trusted confidant, she is highly adept at designing and scaling innovative responses—piloting, testing, and refining solutions grounded in evidence-based practices. She partners closely with internal stakeholders to tackle pressing business challenges, leveraging modern training strategies to drive organizational performance, quality patient care, and expanded clinical specialties amongst the organization. With a strong foundation in human-centered design and data-driven decision-making, Dr. Lopez-Romano transforms user insights into actionable, high-impact solutions that foster continuous improvement and meaningful change.
She began her career in education as a passionate teacher and advanced to serve as a school administrator across elementary, middle, and high school levels. With a research focus on turnaround leadership, succession planning, and curriculum innovation, she brings a proven track record of success in driving transformation and sustainable growth.
