About Brianna Sanchez
Brianna Sanchez, RCSWI, is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who provides a safe, empowering space for adolescents and adults navigating complex and intergenerational trauma. Her practice integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Motivational Interviewing with a holistic, mind–body–soul approach.
Grounded in trauma-informed and strengths-based principles, Brianna’s work emphasizes healing through self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal empowerment. Drawing from both her professional training and her lived experiences with adversity, she approaches each client with deep empathy, authenticity, and respect for their unique journey.
Brianna’s clinical interests include identity development, complex trauma, emotional regulation, and rebuilding self-worth. She believes healing begins when individuals feel truly seen, supported, and understood. As both a therapist and a mother, Brianna brings warmth, relatability, and a genuine belief in each person’s capacity for growth and transformation.
