About Bria Waters
Bria Waters is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) in the state of Florida, practicing under clinical supervision. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and has worked in the mental health field since 2016 in both forensic case management and counseling/therapy roles. Bria has experience providing therapeutic services to individuals across the lifespan and from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults on their journey toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being. Her clinical style is warm, trauma-informed, and structured, with a strong emphasis on creating emotional safety and a supportive therapeutic environment. Bria utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Her primary clinical interests include anxiety, depression, and stress management.
