Bree Rondina
Chief Performance Officer
Bree is a long-time resident of Southwest Florida. She attended the University of Central Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a concentration in Business Operations and Human Resource Management. Her multi-decade tenure as a leader spans both national brands and private enterprises.
As the Chief Performance Officer, Bree leads the supportive infrastructure and strategic planning of all facets of Elite DNA’s performance as an organization. This includes oversight of patient care and patient success teams, care coordination and patient experience, human resources, information technology, marketing, and business development. She directly oversees Patient Success, New Patient Experience, and Marketing—supporting the growth of the entire organization through a focus on operational excellence and meaningful engagement.
Bree brings her extensive experience managing high-functioning, complex teams to Elite DNA’s collaborative culture—creating sustainable processes that enable scale while cultivating an environment where employees are empowered, valued, and recognized. She is also deeply committed to developing emerging leaders across the organization, ensuring they are prepared to grow with confidence and lead with passion, grace, and wisdom.
