About Bohdana Zhoba
I am an Associate Therapist passionate about walking alongside others in their journey of healing, growth, and self-discovery. I believe in creating a therapeutic space that is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and genuine connection.
My clinical background includes working in community mental health and victim services. I am also always excited to work with all ages and backgrounds.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University and Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, mindfulness, etc. Every therapeutic plan is tailored to your unique needs and comfort level. I’m committed to building a collaborative relationship where you feel empowered and heard every step of the way.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a big dog lover and find joy and peace in the outdoors and reading. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I believe healing happens when we work together in a space built on trust, empathy, and respect. Together, we can explore what healing and growth looks like for you.
