Aviv Hadad
Vice President of Human Resources
Aviv Hadad is the Vice President of Human Resources at Elite DNA Behavioral Health, where he partners with leaders across the organization to support the company’s people strategy and continued growth. His work focuses on helping teams operate effectively, developing strong leaders, and ensuring the organization has the right support in place as it expands.
Prior to joining Elite DNA, Aviv spent seven years with US LBM, where he held several HR leadership roles supporting large, multi-state operations and complex organizational structures. His work has included organizational design, leadership development, compensation strategy, and workforce planning.
Aviv is passionate about creating environments where people can do their best work and where leaders feel supported in growing their teams.
