About Asuncion O. Kahn

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing for the past 30 years. I have worked with children between birth and through adolescent age. I have also worked with the geriatric population and families as a whole.

My clinical background and training have been largely working with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists and medical personnel. I also have a degree in speech therapy. I have worked in the private and public sectors and continued to enjoy meeting the needs of individuals and families. I am trained and can offer parenting using the Circle of Security which includes eight sessions; a unique approach to parenting based on attachment theory and relationships.
