Ashley Yodice is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) who specializes in existential therapy, helping clients explore life’s deeper questions about meaning, purpose, and personal freedom. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and is trained in mindfulness-based therapy and meditation techniques. She offers a calm, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their values, find meaning, and live more intentionally.
