About Asha Harris
A heart-centered therapist who shows up with compassion, curiosity, and a down-to-earth approach, creating an authentic space for clients. I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the beautifully messy journey of motherhood, as well as children who are figuring out who they are while navigating challenges.
I am someone who gets it, shows up fully, and doesn’t flinch at the big feelings. My approach is strength-based and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and a belief that healing happens in safe, nonjudgmental spaces. You’re the expert on your life, I’m just here to walk alongside you, listen deeply, and remind you that you’re not alone.
Before becoming a therapist, I served in the military and experienced combat deployment. That journey taught me a lot about resilience, courage, and the power of connection — values I bring into my therapeutic space.
In my spare time, you’ll find me listening to music, getting in a good workout, traveling when I can, and laughing (loudly) with family and friends.
