Hello, I’m Anna Kitsos, a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with an MS degree. Originally from Tennessee, I’ve been in Florida for 1.5 years. My own transformative experience inspired me to pursue mental health counseling, driven by the desire to help others achieve a fulfilling life they may not believe is possible.

I understand the challenges of trusting and being vulnerable. Past experiences often shape our instincts, holding us back from reaching our potential. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can share and explore at your own pace. Together, we’ll uncover negative self-talk, replacing it with self-love and empowerment.
