About Ann-Nelly Hyppolite

I am a clinical social worker committed to helping individuals who struggle with mental health disorders including Major Depression, Generalized Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder, etc. I help clients using different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Value-based Therapy, Faith-based therapy etc. My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about working with young adults and I will continue to challenge myself to grow my therapeutic skills in order to increase the help that I can provide in the community.
