Ann Marie Mathern is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (RMHCI). She specializes in anxiety, grief/loss, women’s mental health, trauma informed care, and other areas. She has experience working with all age groups and various backgrounds. Ann Marie takes a holistic approach to therapy, treating the person as a whole and incorporating a client’s interests such as art and music into their mental health journey. She offers individualized care utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, and Solution Based Therapy.
