My extensive knowledge and clinical expertise are built on 33 years of dedicated service in the hospital setting, along with five years of specialized experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I take a holistic approach to care and am deeply committed to listening to your story, creating meaningful goals, and developing a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.

I am passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services. I am also especially dedicated to serving veterans. My time in the U.S. Army—where I served as a vital member of a Forward Surgical Team in Afghanistan—taught me the importance of delivering empathetic care while staying calm in even the most challenging situations.

It was during my military service that my love for psychiatry truly developed. My goal is to empower each patient to take charge of their health and well-being. During our first meeting, we will work together to create a plan that blends medication and coping strategies to help you reach a successful outcome.
