People come to therapy for many reasons — to shift patterns that no longer serve them, to navigate difficult experiences, or to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Whatever brings you here, I believe therapy works best when it is a collaborative process shaped around your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we will explore your hopes for therapy and create a plan that supports meaningful, sustainable change.
I use evidence‑based approaches and tailor them to each person, creating a non‑judgmental, supportive space where you can talk openly about hard things. My role is to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered as you work toward the life you want.
I work with people of all ages and have experience supporting individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. I also help individuals, couples, and families navigate life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and grief.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel grounded and capable — and that when you look back on your experience, you feel it was time well spent.
