About Amanda Bethurem
I believe therapy is a collaborative process that utilizes evidence-based treatment while forming a therapeutic relationship to identify goals and objectives. My primary interventions for treatment come from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). I am passionate about this field and serving my clients while providing a warm and welcoming environment. My overall goal as a therapist is to tailor treatment for each of my clients and to assist them in reaching their goals, obtaining healing, and living a healthier life.
