Hi, I’m Alyssa — a Clinical Master’s in Social Work student at Florida State University, graduating December 2025. I provide trauma-informed, client-centered care with a focus on ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and LGBTQ+ affirming therapy.

My approach combines empathy with evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. I meet clients where they are, creating a safe and collaborative space built on trust, integrity, mutual respect, and human connection.

With over 5 years of counseling experience with all ages, I have experience working with a range of populations, including older adults and those living with HIV/AIDS. I understand the importance of individualized, culturally responsive, and community-based care; therefore, I am here to provide all the assistance I can.
