About Alina Massey
Hi, I’m Alina!
I’m a proud double graduate of Florida State University (Go Noles!) and began my journey with Elite DNA in May 2025 as a student intern. During my internship, I had the opportunity to work alongside experienced clinicians and gain hands-on experience with evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
My approach to therapy is client-centered—I believe each person is the expert of their own story. I’m here to support and empower my clients as they set the pace and direction of their healing journey. I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults, helping them navigate life transitions, identity development, and the challenges that come with growing into adulthood.
As of August 2025, I’m excited to officially be part of the Elite DNA team as I work toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me running (and training for half marathons!), spending time at the beach, or hanging out with my closest friends. I’m so excited to grow in this field and walk alongside my clients in their mental health journeys.
