About Alice Froman

Alice is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor with experience working with a diverse range of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, and familial or relationship issues. As the oldest of six children, Alice brings a unique understanding of family dynamics and has worked with individuals of various ages, from children to adults. Her approach is deeply empathetic, allowing her to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotions and work towards healing. Alice is also dedicated to enhancing an individual’s self-esteem and self-efficacy.

Alice utilizes a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) lens, helping clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns that affect their well-being. Additionally, she integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, which focuses on understanding and healing different parts of the self. Outside of her counseling work, Alice enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, as well as going on walks with her dog. She believes in the importance of balance and self-care in both personal and professional life.
