About Alexandria Peters

My name is Alex, and I am an Associate Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful change in their lives. It is my belief that you are the expert on your life, and I am here to walk alongside you to help discover and redefine your strengths and life goals. My therapeutic approach blends Emotion-Focused Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where you can explore your emotions, uncover underlying patterns as a guide towards change, and develop deeper connections with yourself and others.

My specialties include relational conflict/family issues, anxiety, depression, women and children’s mental health, ADHD, and acculturation issues. So, whether you’re facing relationship and family challenges, navigating life transitions, interested in cultural/self-identity exploration, and/or seeking personal growth, I will be with you to aid and validate you through your journey. I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds, from children and teens to adults and seniors, I tailor to meet your unique needs.

I look forward to working with you to achieve your mental health goals!
