I have experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and children and families impacted by foster care and mental health needs. My approach is supportive, and I strive to create a space where people feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to grow. When I’m not working, you can usually find me outdoors enjoying nature, hanging out with my cat, reading, or watching football.
