About Abigail Moore
I encourage my clients to show up exactly as they are, knowing they’ll be met with guidance in a safe, nonjudgmental space. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and principles of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients of all ages navigate life’s complexities and manage the wide range of emotions that come with them. Outside of work, I enjoy taking walks, reading, creative writing, and rewatching episodes of my favorite TV show, Supernatural.
