To prepare for your telehealth appointment with Elite DNA, you’ll be prompted to digitally check-in with Phreesia. If you’ve successfully completed the intake questionnaire and updating your information, you’ll receive your telehealth link 30 minutes before your appointment begins via phone or email, based upon your set communication preferences.
Elite DNA uses a tool called Zoom to connect with our patients who opt into telehealth. You can access Zoom through your desktop or laptop computer, or via your mobile device (smartphone or tablet.) You must have an internet connection in order to access Zoom.
How to Access Your Telehealth Appointment
Following the digital check-in process, you’ll be prompted to enter your preferred phone number and email address for your telehealth appointment. 30 minutes prior to your appointment, you’ll receive a text or email with the Zoom password. Then, you can select the following link to launch your Telehealth Session via Zoom and enter our virtual waiting room.
How to Access Zoom
Desktop & Laptop Computers
Visit the official Zoom website and click on the resources tab in the top navigation menu. Next, choose the link for the Download Center, and then select the download option that’s right for your computer. The 64-bit Windows option will work for most laptop and desktop devices. Once the file has finished downloading, click on the .exe file in your download folder. This will complete the download process.
If you’ve successfully downloaded the app, Zoom will launch when you follow the appointment link you received via email following the digital check-in process.
Smartphone & Tablet Mobile Devices
Enter your device’s app store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, and search for Zoom in the search bar. Then download the app.Â
If you’ve successfully downloaded the app, Zoom will launch when you follow the appointment link you received via email or text following the digital check-in process.
