Elite DNA Behavioral Health offers a sliding scale fee discount program to established patients to ensure everyone can afford behavioral and mental health care. We base program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and do not discriminate based on age, gender, race, creed, disability or national origin.
Our sliding scale is created based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines, and is updated annually to determine eligibility.
Discounts will be based on income and family size only. Elite DNA Behavioral Health uses the Census Bureau definitions of each. Family is defined as a group of two people or more (one of whom is the householder) related by birth, marriage, or adoption and residing together; all such people (including related subfamily members) are considered as members of one family.
