Welcome to our Live Scheduling Chat, created for new patients of Elite DNA Behavioral Health who want quick and easy access to digitally schedule their first appointment with us.
How it works:
- Fill out the form with your required information
- Connect to the chat
- Communicate directly with a friendly and helpful New Patient Liaison that will help you schedule your first appointment
What Live Scheduling Chat Isn’t:
- We’re not an emergency hotline. In case of emergency, please dial 911 or 988.
- Your appointment won’t happen instantly, but you’ll have your first appointment scheduled promptly.
- This is not a means for our existing patients to reach us. If you are an existing patient, please visit the patient portal to get a message to your provider.
Live Scheduling Chat is for you if:
- You are a new patient to Elite DNA and have never been seen by us
- You are an adult 18+ or an adolescent or teen with your guardian present
- You want to schedule a therapy or psychiatry appointment, or are unsure of what care you need right now
