We are conducting appointments for new and existing patients. As of Monday, Oct. 14, all offices have resumed normal operations, with the exception of Telehealth offices listed below. Any changes to scheduled patient appointments will be communicated to patients via email and text message.
On TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15:
All offices are open for in-person appointments with the exception of Naples, which will be telehealth only pending internet connectivity at our office.
Sarasota office has reopened. Please note that the entrances on the side of our building to the parking lot are closed, so you will need to use Broadway Ave to access the rear entrance. In the temporary, please use the employee entrance as the sliding doors are not currently operational.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please use the patient portal. This page will continually be updated, so please check back soon for additional changes and for updates on office operations.
