Due to Hurricane Idalia approaching Florida the week of August 28th, Elite DNA will be experiencing some closures and changes in service to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. The safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff are of the highest priority to us. Please note that while some offices may be serving patients, appointments may be moved to telehealth/virtual. If your appointment has been moved to telehealth, please wait for virtual appointment information which will be sent to you 90 minutes prior to your appointment. Please use the patient portal to send messages as phone lines may go down during the storm.
This page will continually be updated, so please check back soon for additional changes and for updates on operating days that are still to be determined.
When operations are resumed, we may experience higher than usual call volumes. Thank you for being understanding as we navigate this and get back to business as usual.
