Due to Hurricane Helene approaching Florida on September 26, Elite DNA will be experiencing some closures and changes in service to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. The safety and well-being of our patients and staff are of the highest priority to us.

Please note that while some offices may be serving patients, appointments may be moved to telehealth/virtual. If your appointment has been moved to telehealth, please wait for virtual appointment information which will be sent to you 30 minutes prior to your appointment.

Please use the patient portal to send messages as phone service may not be available during the storm. This page will continually be updated, so please check back soon for additional changes and for updates on operating days that are still to be determined.

You may experience higher than usual call volumes or delays in response. While we work diligently to support our patients, we appreciate your patience during this time.
