I believe that the first step in therapy is first admitting that there are struggles that you need assistance with and with that; I would like to help assist patients into being becoming a better individual. I am licensed clinical mental health counselor with 8 years of professional work experience. I use aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Client Centered Therapy among other approaches that have been shown to be effective at reducing life stressors. I have experience in helping those with stress, self-esteem, anxiety, relationship issues, post traumatic stress and abuse.
