About Sarah Roberts

Hello, my name is Sarah! I have a passion for mental health advocacy and providing support for my clients individual needs. With a strong background in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology through the University of North Florida, I am equipped to create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their unique emotions and gain insights into their experiences.

Some of my specific specialties and interests include working with clients experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Trauma/PTSD, Sexuality, Relationship Issues, and Personal Growth. As a therapist I am committed to helping clients of all genders, sexual identities and expressions feel not only safe but truly respected. I am also interested in working with First Responders, Military and Veterans.

I use a client-centered approach, tailoring therapeutic methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. Some of these evidence-based techniques include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness practices, Expressive Arts, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I aim to create an empowering space for clients to build resilience, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and achieve their goals in a collaborative therapeutic environment.
