About McKenzie Liskey

Hi! My name is McKenzie and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have a passion for helping others find healing and reach their full potential. I conduct individual counseling sessions and I specialize in working with teens and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation and self-esteem issue. I strive to help my clients learn to navigate challenges, find purpose and learn new tools to not only cope, but to heal.

As your therapist, its my goal to meet you where you’re at in your journey. I provide a judgment-free space for you to gain awareness, effective coping skills, and empowerment. I provide specific interventions that will help you improve your overall daily life as well as reach your specific goals for therapy.
