Are you feeling like something is wrong and you have no one to talk to or are afraid to share with your loved ones out of fear of judgment or shame? Overwhelmed and feeling your life is off and out of balance? Grieving a loss? Marital and or relationship struggles? Low mood and no interest in activities you used to enjoy?

Whatever you are dealing with, I am here to help you. Putting yourself first is so important because if you are taking care of yourself, everything around you will fall into place. With my sincere, compassionate, personable, down to earth, and non-judgmental approach, I strive to provide you with a comfortable and safe place to share what you are going through.

I completed a Master’s degree in Social Work in 2006 and have over 15 years working primarily with adults and seniors in many different settings, including, hospitals, home health, inpatient and outpatient mental health and Hospice.

With this knowledge, experience, and background, I believe together we can work on improving your quality of life and work together on what you have been going through.
