Laura is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who help individuals identify better ways to cope with difficult times using their inherent strengths, a collaborative therapeutic relationship in a comfortable peaceful environment. Laura works with individuals and couples both military and civilian and encourages her clients to become the best version of themselves and regain hope. Laura has experience working with individuals with a variety of concerns such as but not limited to depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders, self-image/worth, adjustment issues, grief & trauma. Laura believes that each individual and situation is unique and therefore draws from a variety of methods.
