About Julie Stolper
As a clinician, I believe in always leading with empathy and understanding for all of my clients to create a space where each individual feels safe and free to be themselves without judgement while seeking help in the counseling process. I utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and other evidenced based practice. I also incorporate Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other tools throughout the therapy process while maintaining a safe space to process difficult feelings.
