About Alison Sargeant

I am an associate therapist who believes in a collaborative approach to helping patients reach their goals and that the patient is the expert on their own life. Before becoming an associate therapist, I was a mental health case manager for seven years working with adults struggling with a range of issues such as substance use disorder, schizophrenia, and teens in the juvenile justice system. I am passionate about empowering patients and helping to guide those who may be struggling in their lives recognize their full potential. I especially enjoy working with patients ages 12 and older. I look forward to assisting you in your therapeutic journey!
